Home / Who we serve

Solutions for everyone — from one person to a thousand.

The team and the standard stay the same. Scope, pace and price change to match the size of your business.

Solutions scaling from solo business through SME to enterprise

The principle

Small does not mean second-rate.

A lot of agencies treat small clients as practice. We do not run a junior tier — the difference between a solo operator and a large organisation is scope, not quality.

What genuinely changes is how much you can absorb. A one-person business cannot maintain five channels, so we build one thing that runs without supervision. A large organisation has capacity and stakeholders, so the work is broader and the process more structured.

Solopreneurs

You are the business.

Which means your constraint is time, not ambition. Anything requiring daily attention will fail, not because you are disorganised but because you are doing the actual work.

What we typically build

A credible website, an enquiry process that responds without you, and one marketing channel done properly rather than four done badly.

How we scope it

Fixed price, tight scope, fast. You should know the number before you commit, and the project should finish rather than drift.

What we will talk you out of

Anything needing daily upkeep, and any channel you will not sustain past month two. We would rather do less and have it last.

Where AI genuinely helps

Drafting, summarising and clearing routine correspondence. For a one-person business this is the closest thing to hiring available.

  • Consultants, coaches and independent professionals
  • Real estate agents and commission-based businesses
  • Tradespeople and single-operator services
  • Creators and specialist practitioners

Small businesses

The stage where informal stops working.

Somewhere between two and twenty people, the arrangements that worked when everyone sat together start failing. Knowledge lives in individual heads, onboarding means shadowing whoever is free, and quality depends on who does the job.

What we typically build

Website and e-commerce, staff onboarding modules, social and newsletters on a schedule, and a tidy-up of systems that grew organically.

The usual real problem

Not software. Documentation and onboarding. Most businesses at this stage buy tools when what they need is written-down process.

How we scope it

Usually a project followed by ongoing support, so you are not carrying a monthly cost before there is anything to maintain.

What changes for you

New hires become useful in days rather than months, and the business stops depending on any one person being available.

Medium enterprises

Multiple teams, real systems, integration problems.

At this size you have working systems that do not talk to each other, training that has become a program rather than a session, and enough people that inconsistency costs real money.

What we typically build

Custom internal tools, integration between existing systems, structured leadership development, and organisation-wide AI adoption.

Measurement matters now

You need to know whether a program worked. Assessment and reporting stop being optional extras at this scale.

How we scope it

Phased, with a defined first phase that proves value before the larger commitment. You should never be asked to bet everything up front.

Working with your team

You have internal capability. We work alongside it rather than around it, and hand over deliberately.

Large organisations

Scale, stakeholders and compliance.

Large organisations rarely lack capability. What they lack is capacity in a specific place, or an outside view of a problem everyone has stopped being able to see.

What we typically build

E-learning platforms, multi-cohort program delivery, global virtual training, and reporting that satisfies stakeholders.

Specialist bench

We bring subject-matter trainers in by domain, so depth does not depend on any one person's range.

How we scope it

Formal, documented and phased, with the reporting your governance process needs built in from the start.

Institutions and non-profits

Educational bodies and non-profits sit here too, usually with tighter budgets and the same complexity. We scope accordingly.

Constant

What does not change with size.

  • A written scope with a price before work starts
  • Built to be handed over and run without us
  • Training included, not sold separately afterwards
  • You own everything we build — domain, accounts, content, code
  • Straight advice when something is not worth doing

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

We are very small. Are we too small to be worth your time?

No. A meaningful share of our work is with solo operators and small teams. The scope is smaller and the price reflects that, but the standard of work does not change.

We are large and already have internal teams. What would you add?

Usually capacity in a specific area, or specialist training depth that is not worth hiring permanently. We work alongside internal teams rather than replacing them.

Can we start small and expand later?

That is the most common pattern, and the one we would recommend. Start with one piece of work, see whether you like working with us, then decide.

Not sure where you fit?

Describe your business in a sentence or two. We will tell you what makes sense at your stage — including if that is nothing yet.
